Outside of Division 10 products we now offer expansion control products and stair nosing products as well.
We don’t represent a specific manufacturer, or any manufacturers, for that matter. Our interests are vested solely in delivering the best solution for your application. We take the time to meet with our clients and consider their design and durability needs, budget, and timeline, and deliver custom recommendations based on years of experience.

Don Dickson
Don Dickson has traveled a long and winding road to end up in Wichita, Kansas. Don grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and attended the University of Baltimore. Don worked as a photographer for the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Maryland, served in the United States Army as an artillery officer, worked for Control Data Corporation as director of sales and marketing training, and was a vice-president of a Silicon Valley technology company. After moving his family to Wichita, he started his own company supplying Division 10 products for the construction industry. After a brief hiatus to work as a sales manager at ICM in Colwich, he jumped back into the specialty products business with the opening of Dickson Distributions, Inc. also known as (DDI).
Tony McKeown
Tony has lived his life in Wichita, Kansas. After spending seven years as a HVAC sheet metal mechanic, he joined Architectural Building Specialties as an estimator in 1990. While working at ABS, he served as a project manager and was promoted to Vice President of Sales Operations. After ABS, he continued to gain experience as an estimator and he has worked on many notable local projects as well as stadiums, airports and manufacturing plants throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. He joined Dickson Distributions, Inc. (DDI) in 2019 as an estimator and project manager. He is utilizing his experience and successes to focus on leadership and growth within DDI.
Tony loves sports and has coached travel ball teams at the state, regional and national level along with coaching high school players and assisting them to earn scholarships at the college level. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, children and new granddaughter.
Austin McKeown
Austin is a native of Wichita, Kansas and lived in Charleston, South Carolina for a year where he gained experience in corporate logistics and product management. For the past eight years, he worked for a large school district and earned his Associate of Applied Science in Climate and Energy Control in 2016. He gained experience in facilities and operations as a HVAC technician. He joined DDI in January of 2020 as a project manager and estimator.
Austin has been married for eight years to Ali. They both are enjoying their newly born daughter, Alivia, and as a family they love attending sporting events, traveling and spending time at the lake.
